From early December 2024, we are relocating our distribution centre to California! In preparation to move into our new home, we need to take a little pause on shipping orders while we setup our new home - about 2 to 3 weeks. We have now moved into our new location, and have began to ship limited orders, and expect to be fully operational by 13th Jan 2025
From 12/2/2024 - all new orders will be Pre-Orders, until we have completed the move. Our team are settling into the new warehouse location, and we anticiapte to be fully operational by 13th Jan 2025
All orders received during our move will be covered by our Risk Free Pre Order Policy
We will begin shipping orders as soon as possible, after we have settled into our new home in California.Â
We are prioritising our most popular products to transfer first, and hope to begin shipping those items around 16th December. We plan to begin shipping the entire range again by 13th Jan 2025. The time frames are an estimate, and we can't provide any guarantees of delivery by specific dates.
If you need your gear quickly, it may not be the right time to buy from SMAI - we don't want to disappoint you if we can't meet a shipping deadline.Â
