SMAI Offers a Risk Free Pre-Order Policy.

Make a pre-order, and cancel at any time for a full refund (as long as we have not shipped it to you already)

If you Pre Order a product covered by the policy, you can request a cancellation and refund of the Pre Order Product at any time, as long as it has not shipped from our warehouse yet

From time to time, SMAI will offer a Risk Free Pre Order Policy on select products, and they will be marked on the website as a Risk Free Pre Order. Products covered by this policy will be clearly stated, along with an estimated ship date. All products featuring a Risk Free Pre Order are subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Risk-Free Reservation
Pre-ordering allows you to pay for & reserve items ahead of their release. Our pre-order process is entirely risk-free; you can cancel a Pre Order and receive a full refund of the pre order item at any time before your order ships. To cancel your Pre-Order, contact hello@smai.com with your order number, and the Pre Order items you wish to cancel. In stock order items are not part of the Risk Free Reservation Policy.
Shipping Timeline
We provide estimated shipping dates for pre-ordered items, though please note these dates are approximate. Shipping dates are subject to changes due to factors beyond our control, such as international shipping delays or logistical challenges. If there is a significant change to a pre-order date, we’ll promptly update this information on our website to keep you informed.
Separate Shipping for In-Stock Items
Any in-stock items in your order will be shipped immediately. Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as inventory becomes available.
First Come, First Served
Pre-orders are shipped in the order they were received, ensuring that early reservations are prioritized as soon as inventory is ready.
