Yes - SMAI Vanta Series is compatible with Rogue Monster 3x3in racks. Monster lite are not compatible, due to the accessory holes on Rogue Monster Lite being smaller (5/8th inch) 

Will SMAI Vanta Series power rack attachments fit REP PR-5000 ? 

Compatibility with REP PR-5000 series varies between SMAI Vanta attachments. Please check the compatibility guide on each SMAI Vanta Series attachment for specific compatibility. A general rule - Accessories that connect directly to a single upright, for example, plate storage pegs, dipping horn, landline, safety spotting arms are all compatible. However, SMAI Smith Machine, Cross Members, and Utility Bench are not compatible with REP PR-5000 due to the smaller width of a REP PR-5000 - They will not fit within the uprights. 

Will SMAI Vanta Series power rack attachments fit REP PR-4000 ? 

No, Vanta Series is not compatible with REP PR-4000 for the same reason as Rogue Monster Lite - Accessory cut out holes are 5/8th inch and not compatible with Vanta series 1inch
