Important information about bulky deliveries and heavy item delivery
Many of our fitness products are considered bulky or overweight deliveries. Orders with many heavy items, or any individual heavy weights over 60lb - 80lb may be shipped with an LTL service. Where an LTL service is used, your order will be packed and shipped on a pallet for safety and ease of shipment. LTL deliveries require a specialised tail lift truck, and the delivery address will require sufficient space to offload a loaded pallet from the truck. We highly recommend you ship to a business address, or if shipping to a home address, there needs to be sufficient space for a tail lift truck to park and unload.

LTL deliveries require you to be onsite to accept the delivery.

Please note, if you miss your LTL delivery appointment, Fedex will charge you a redelivery fee which is non-refundable. Failure to pay the redelivery fee will result in Fedex returning your order to our warehouse, and your order will be refunded to you minus the handling fees and charges that Fedex impose due to the missed LTL delivery appointment.

Unloaded LTL Deliveries
The courier will deliver your LTL delivery as close as possible to your door, or kerbside which ever is accessible. The driver will not unpack the pallet, or move equipment inside. We suggest having two people ready to receive the delivery and secure it within your premises. Once the order is delivered, it is your responsibility to secure the delivery, and please check the contents within 48 hours. Claims made outside of 48 hours can not be accepted.

When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 business days. Please note, if we choose to ship your order with LTL, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for dispatch. During peak times there may be delays. Our distribution centre is located in Charleston, South Carolina and is closed on weekends and public holidays. If you place an order after 5pm any day, or between Friday evening to Sunday evening, please allow extra processing time as our dispatch team does not work over the weekend or nights.

How long does delivery take?
Depending on delivery location, between 1 - 5 Business days. We ship with Fedex & XPO. Delivery can vary based on location and shipping option chosen. Our standard ground service maps for Fedex are below: (please note LTL orders will take 1-2 days longer)

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to continental USA. Contact us for a shipping quote to Canada. If you would like to purchase from Australia or New Zealand, please go to www.smai.com.au

Please be aware that Import Duties and Taxes may be charged by your local customs authorities. If these charges are not paid at the arrival of the orders, all parcels will automatically be returned to our warehouse. SMAI is not responsible for these related costs. SMAI will not refund you if you do not pay these related costs.

We offer 14 day returns for change of mind or claims against the discrepancies with orders.

Must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
Must be in its original packaging

Power racks with a 41in - 41.5-in inner width are now supported via our adapter kit. 3. Universal Fit with Imperial & Metric Measurement Power Racks
Our latest design accommodates laser-cut holes with either 2-inch or 50mm spacing, ensuring compatibility with most racks like Rogue Monster & Monster Lite, REP PR-4000 & PR-5000, Titan X Series, Sorinex Base Camp and more. No modifications required!

Please note, you require 65.5in free space on the upright you plan to install on. If using a Rogue monster logo plate XM-43N as your Cross member, please carefully measure the available space on your upright - you may not have enough space.

4. Upgraded Guide Rails
The guide rails are upgraded to 6/8th inches (30mm) for increased durability and heavier load handling.

About Adapter Kits: Some narrower Power Rack systems like Sorinex Base Camp, REP PR- 5000, REP PR-4000 series racks require either the adapter kit or a cross-member replacement. Without these, the barbell will not fit into the guide rails.
Alternatively, cross-member replacements with a SMAI Vanta Series Cross member or other 43" cross member like Rogue Monster are suitable. But we highly recommend using the adapter kit for a simple solution.

Works Great
I put this on my Rogue Monster Lite Rack and love it. The smith machine works like I was hoping it would. I wasn't able to use all 4 bolts, I could only get 3 to line up with my rack to attach the smith machine. This smith machine operates smoothly. It feels sturdy and well made. The bar feels good too! SMAI's customer service was great as well, when inquiring about this smith machine before I bought it.

It's Smith Machine Insert
The finish quality the Smith Machine insert is top level, and is very enjoyable to look at.
SMAI should have included 5/8 in holes all the way down the insert plates for better integration with the Rogue Monster Lite (390 series). I was only able to achieve 3 bolts per side instead of 4.
This piece does need some refining for me to give it 5 stars. The rack and unrack function is extremely difficult it feels as if it is getting caught on something.
But overall it was a good buy!

Regarding the Rack and Unrack difficulty you are experiencing, could you share some photos or a video with hello@smai.com? We'd like to troubleshoot this with you.

Regarding the bolt holes - We are working hard to accommodate as many types of racks as possible - The current V2 model supports using 4 x bolts where the 5/8ths accessory hole is positioned with 2" spacing, measured center to center.

The Rogue Monster Lite Series has accessory holes on the side every 6" so unfortunately our v2 model does not match all 4 x bolts when the holes are every 6"
