These tiles are one of the best things we've put in the home gym. Because the rubber tiles are more comfortable for doing lunges, it's more inviting to use the home gym space for more intense workouts. The flooring also protects the dumbells when doing snatches and devil presses. They're also portable so we can take them outside when we want some sun and more space.
